QDMS

QDMS is a 100% web-based software that is developed using the Microsoft ASP and ASP.NET technology and that enables running and tracking of necessary actions by creating documentation infrastructure stipulated by ISO 9001 - 2000 Quality Management System ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 22000, ISO 16949 and related standards

And this application is a completely modular and parametric structure, also the modules, beginning with the base module and document management module, may be put into use at any time and at any range. Users have access to the application by using Internet Explorer as their access to the process. The system also includes an E-mail-based flow system (Workflow) in the background at the same time. In this way, application can be easily used from remote locations and even over the Internet. (For the use of Internet, providing secure access is recommended.)

Especially the dynamic of these activities are tracked in the system, and information related to these activities are reported automatically with the help of the report templates defined in the system.

System announces action and activities that people are required to do in the background via e-mail, if they want, people can perform their activities either from the system or using the links in the e-mail attachment. System can work integratedly with all e-mail systems that are compatible with STMP/POP3. Also the information about the document and activities stored in the related database can be analyzed in detail using the graphics and reports in the system.

As the application support the management system used by more than one workplace of the same plant, and reports can be obtained either as a whole plant or if desired, as a basis of workplace, and management system.
